About me

It was a personal experience many years ago that led me to coaching. I was stuck, needing clarity on which path to move towards, when I began working with a coach. This experience was so powerful that I knew I wanted to do the same thing for others that my coach had done for me... So I returned to school to become an ICF Certified Coach.

I completed my coach education and training at Optimus Coach Academy, the UK’s top coach training program. I then went on to further my education by working as a Mental Health Coach for Lyra Health, the leading provider of Mental Health benefits.

I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard in coaching associations. Continual Education is a top value of mine and I am always adding new skills to my toolbox. You can see a full list of other trainings and certifications in the FAQ section.

My training focuses on providing Culturally Responsive Care (CRC), which means the practice of seeing, respecting, and celebrating the aspects that make each person unique, acknowledging their intersectional existence in the world and how this shapes their lived experience.

My 20+ years working in Communications and the Film industry, plus my lived experience as a human with my own happiness, grief, joy and successes provides me with insight and empathy that provides me with the knowing that what you seek is achievable.
